Improving Solutions for Student Absenteeism (ISSA) project aims to reduce the rate of Student Absenteeism resulting in Early School Leaving (ESL) (SARESLE) to minimum for the people in secondary education mostly between 14-18 years with the use of special and scientific new techniques which will be available with the information exchange of partner countries within the borders of some implementations carried out by experts. Therefore, one of the main European Union’s 2020 targets will have been contributed via this project which is to prevent school dropout of young generation. Reducing the ESL rate to the desired level will assist the national and international welfare of societies, particularly in Turkey and Spain where this rate is the highest in Europe when compared with other countries such as Germany and Greece.
